Berlin half-marathon preparation

Berlin half-marathon preparation

Two years ago I was running my first half marathon. I finished in 2hours 8minutes. One year later I gained 5 minutes and finished in 2h 3 min.

Since last christmas I fight a running battle with bronchitis and tonsillitis. So right now I am focusing on boosting my immune system instead of starting my training. I eat healthy, sleep enough and get enough fresh air.

I hope that I can resume with my workouts this weekend again, because this years Berlin half marathon is only 11 weeks away. This time I am aiming to finish under 2 hours.

Actually I am not afraid of this distance but in addition to the already described health problems I was also struggling with knee problems the last six months.

So here and now I am wondering if you can recommend certain training plans and other tips and tricks to stay healthy and reach my goal?

Good luck & I press the thumbs for you! Do you like to have a pacemaker or training partner for this plan?
